The DocKtor recommends moving RF dongles to the USB2.0 ports on the docks, ideally as far from the USB 3.0 ports as possible i.e. Intel published a white paper outlining why the issue can occur and some tips for alleviating it: USB3.0 RF Noise Impact on 2-4GHz The issues do seem most prevalent when dongles for such RF devices (Bluetooth, 802.11, etc.) are plugged into the docking station, especially USB 3.0 ports! It appears that modifications in the universal docking stations and consideration of the issue from RF device manufacturers has lessoned the instances of the annoyance. The good news is that the DocKtor hasn't heard of too many instances lately where RF devices (wireless mice and keyboards, headsets, etc.) fail to function consistently when coupled with workstations using USB3.0 devices i.e.
